Shipping and Returns

Stock, On-hand and Custom Items

Not all items are in stock at all times. Many of our items are On-hand but must have a final processing function completed before it can ship. Custom items are either custom made to your request or personalized at your request, which requires time. Custom and personalized items are NOT returnable. If you need to receive your item by a certain date you must check with us to ensure that is possible. Selecting a shipping service such as “Next Day” or “2nd Day” does not mean that you will receive the item the next day, it means that once it is shipped you will receive according to the shipping selection. As stated above many items have final processing that must be done before shipping. AGAIN, if you need an item by a certain day please check with us to see if it is possible.

Carriers

The carrier we use to ship your order depends on several different factors including the shipping method you choose, your address, order size, etc. Rest assured, our shipping department will choose the carrier that will give you the quickest service unless otherwise specified. The carrier we choose will not effect your shipping cost. We use the following carriers to ship orders:  United Parcel Service, Federal Express and the United States Post Office.

U.S. Orders

We ship anywhere in the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. We also ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses and other military. The carrier we use to ship your order will depend on where the order is being shipped and also the size of the order.

International Orders

When you place your order indicate in the special requirements that it is an international order and leave any required information for delivery. Our customer service team will determine the best method for delivery and contact you with pricing for your approval. Estimated delivery time for items we have in stock is 10 to 12 business days from the day you place your order provided no problems occur with your local customs office. Some countries may require various types of import licenses. Ride Right Gear will not knowingly ship any products to any countries that may require any type of license. Ride Right Gear will not be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. Ride Right Gear will not be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office. Ride Right Gear will also not be held responsible for any additional fee the local carrier in your country may charge. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge not including customs duties, taxes and country specific fees. Our fees ONLY reflect the cost for us to ship your order to your country. If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax and the carrier bills Ride Right Gear for the unpaid charges, we will re-charge you for the applicable amount. Failure to pay customs duties and taxes may also jeopardize or terminate your ability to place future orders. If you are unsure of your country’s import policies, please check with them before ordering.

Returns

All returns or exchanges require a “Return Authorization Number” (RNA). If for any reason you need to return or exchange an UNUSED item, Please call us or send an e-mail from the Contact US page, within 30 days of order shipment to request a RNA. In the message section type “Return” or “Exchange”, and then a short explanation of the reason for the return or exchange (this will not affect whether or not you receive a RNA, it is purely for us to improve our customer service) (Custom orders are not returnable) .You will receive a return e-mail with your RNA and the return address along with any other additional instructions as may be necessary to service your request. Following any additional instructions you might receive, box up your return/exchange, write the RNA in large numbers close to the return address and ship the package back to the return address given in the e-mail. Your exchange or refund will be processed as soon as we have been notified the package has been received at the return address.
