Vest carry a 30 day “it doesn’t matter what happened to it” warranty, but we must be contacted within 30 days of delivery. Occasionally, a new vest owner will be involved in a bad wreck before they know how good our vest is and we want you to have a chance to find out. So even if a bull destroys the vest, we’ll replace or repair in with in the first 30 days. After that we stand behind our material and workmanship for 2 full years from date of purchase. This 2 year warranty excludes damage from use, but we do make repairs to non warranty damage at a very reasonable rate.
Helmets, because of their nature do not carry any warranty.
Other products carry a one year warranty on material and workmanship excluding wear and tear.
All Warranty returns or exchanges also require a “Return Authorization Number” (RNA). If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item for warranty issues, please call us or send an e-mail from the Contact US page, to request a RNA. In the message section type “Warranty”, and then a short explanation of the defective product. You will receive a return e-mail with your RNA and the return address along with any other additional instructions as may be necessary to service your request. Following any additional instructions you might receive, box up your defective item, write the RNA in large numbers close to the return address and ship the package back to the return address given in the e-mail. You will be notified if your product is covered under warranty and will be exchanged or repaired and/or if there is any additional cost (shipping, etc). Your warranty will be processed as soon as we have heard back from you authorizing any additional charges if required.
